We want every customer to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds and regenerations apply to AstraRead reports. We review every request individually and respond quickly \u2014 our goal is to make it right, not to avoid it.
Personalized digital products
AstraRead reports are personalized digital PDFs, generated specifically for you from the details you provide at checkout and delivered by email. Because each report is created on demand and cannot be resold or reused, all sales are final once the report has been delivered, except in the cases listed below.
By completing your purchase you agree that your personalized report is generated immediately and you request its delivery right away. Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right would otherwise apply to digital content (for example for some customers in the EU and UK), you acknowledge that delivery begins at once and that this right is waived once the report has been delivered.

We will regenerate your report at no cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer, in any of these cases:
When we generally can\u2019t refund
Because the product is personalized and delivered instantly, we generally can\u2019t refund simply because you changed your mind after delivery, entered incorrect birth details yourself (we\u2019ll happily regenerate with the correct details instead), or disagree with the interpretive content \u2014 reports are for entertainment and self-reflection and are not factual claims. If something feels wrong, contact us first; we almost always find a solution.
Didn\u2019t receive your report?
First, please check your spam and promotions folders, and confirm the email address used at checkout. If your report hasn\u2019t arrived within 24 hours of payment confirmation, email us and we\u2019ll resend or regenerate it right away.
How to request a refund
Email hello@astraread.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number, within 14 days of purchase. We respond within 2 business days and resolve eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5\u201310 business days depending on your bank.
Payments & merchant of record
Payments for AstraRead are processed by our third-party merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, billing and applicable taxes. Refunds approved under this policy are issued through Lemon Squeezy. If you notice an unexpected charge, please contact us first at hello@astraread.com \u2014 we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute.
